『オバケ東京のためのインデックス 東アジア編』は、レクチャー・パフォーマンスとウォークによって構成される作品である。クジラやゴジラといった人間ではない存在を語り手として導入し、海域から都市へと視点を移動させながら、近代化や植民地主義の歴史を読み解く。後半では参加者とともに都市を歩き、語りと歩行を往復する身体的な実践を通して、現在の都市空間に刻まれた記憶を立ち上げていく。

Index for Obake Tokyo: East Asia Chapter is a work composed of a lecture-performance and a walk. Introducing nonhuman narrators such as whales and Godzilla, it shifts perspective from the sea to the city in order to examine histories of modernization and colonialism. In its latter half, the work moves into a collective walk through the city, activating memories inscribed in contemporary urban space through the embodied oscillation between narration and walking.
